Station Inventory
Inventory Import
Scanning timing: Keep the first item steady while the scanner finds its tooltip and the Volume line beneath the title. After the first confirmation, hover each item for about one second so the tooltip can stabilize, then move to the next tile. Repeated frames are skipped so distinct items keep their place in the processing queue. If the queue-full message appears, pause until processing catches up. For troubleshooting, cropped tooltip images and processing diagnostics are stored securely for 6 hours, then automatically deleted.

COMPANION MANUAL
Website Guide
Everything you need to use the Star Citizen Companion website. Start with the quick tour, then jump to the tool you need.
Getting started
- Choose a tool from the Overview page or the navigation bar.
- Enter the information you know. Optional filters narrow large result lists.
- Select an available result or action to view details, save an item, or update your records.
Your Discord sign-in connects saved hangar, blueprint, inventory, timer, and permission data to your server identity. Some browsing tools can be used without elevated access; editing and administrative controls depend on your Discord roles.
Ships & Hangar
Ship Search finds ships and vehicles by name, role, or keyword. Use manufacturer, vehicle type, size, and status filters to narrow results, then sort by name, manufacturer, size, or cargo capacity.
Hangar stores your fleet. Add ships from search results, refresh the list after a change, and use quantity controls when you own more than one.
Import RSI Hangar imports eligible vehicles from standalone pledges and game packages. With the optional importer extension installed, stay signed in to RSI and select the import button. Otherwise, upload saved RSI pledge-page HTML files when prompted. Paints, upgrades, equipment, flair, and other extras are ignored.
Trade
Commodity Lookup shows places to buy and sell a named commodity. Add purchase or sell systems when you want results limited to a region.
Trade Routing builds candidate routes from a starting terminal or location. Enter your ship, investment, and maximum stops. “Stay in system” keeps the route local. Prices and availability can change, so verify them in game before committing credits.
Mining
Mining Locator searches for a material and lists matching planets, moons, Lagrange points, or points of interest. Add a system or location filter when you know where you want to operate.
Update Material Location lets authorized community members report a useful location. Choose the correct location type and enter its in-game name carefully. Community additions appear in future mining results.
Industry Operations keeps three common crew tasks together. Use Crew Payout after selling cargo to subtract shared expenses and divide the net amount evenly. Names earlier in the list receive any indivisible one-aUEC remainder.
Use Refinery Completion with the remaining duration shown in game. SC Companion converts it to your local completion time and provides a Discord timestamp that displays correctly for every crew member's time zone.
Use Operation Brief before launch to assemble the objective, rally point, crew or open roles, and important notes. Copy the finished brief into Discord. The same workflows are available through /industry split, /industry refinery, and /industry brief.
Blueprints
Blueprint Search finds crafting blueprints by item name, category, required material, mission type, contractor, or location. Results can include crafting requirements and mission sources.
Material Quality Planner appears inside a blueprint result when quality-effect data is available. It automatically lists every required material, the amount needed in SCU or units, its crafting slot, and the finished-item stat it affects.
- Open Blueprints and search for the crafted item, such as NDB-28 Repeater.
- Find Material Quality Planner in the result card.
- Enter a quality from 0 to 1000 beside each required material, or move its slider. Every material can use a different quality.
- Read the calculated multiplier and percentage change shown for that material's affected stat. A quality of 500 is normally the base value; the displayed blueprint curve is authoritative.
Example: for the NDB-28 Repeater, you can enter Titanium 750, Gold 820, and Lindinium 910. The planner calculates Integrity and Impact Force separately while keeping the required amount beside each entry.
My Blueprints keeps your saved collection together. Add or remove blueprints from their result controls and refresh the library after updates.
Blueprint Import can capture a shared game window, read uploaded screenshots, or match pasted text. Review matches before saving—image text recognition may need correction when the source is small or blurred.
Items
Item Locator searches equipment and components. Search by item name or keyword, then narrow by section, category, or size. Open a result for available item details and location information.
Inventory
Station Inventory lists saved items. Search names and notes, filter by location or category, and sort the table. Export Excel lets you choose categories and can add current average UEX selling prices. “Clear Station” removes the selected location; “Clear All” removes every saved entry. Both ask for confirmation.
Add Inventory Item records an item manually with its category, type, size, location, quantity, quality, SCU volume, and notes. Item name, location, and quantity are required.
Inventory Import reads item titles from a shared Star Citizen window. Enter the destination, choose the matching in-game category, and share the game window to begin scanning automatically. The first readable title calibrates in about 5–6 seconds; after warm-up, title recognition typically processes in about 0.1–0.2 seconds plus network time. Hover each item for about 1 second, then stop and review matches before importing. Advanced settings adjust scan timing, match strictness, guide position, ignored words, and manual OCR troubleshooting.
Timers
Executive Hangar displays the current community clock. Authorized members can set the phase and remaining minutes when the state needs correction, or clear a manual override.
Contested Zone Timers displays active zone countdowns and their current state. Changes made through connected Discord tools appear here after refresh.
Access, permissions & safety
Sign in with Discord for personal saved data or role-protected actions. Server roles determine whether you can add mining locations, change Executive Hangar timing, or view Audit events. Audit is visible only to authorized administrators.
This is an unofficial community tool. Game data, prices, availability, and schedules may change, so confirm important decisions in game. Never share your Discord password, RSI password, session cookie, or account credentials with the website.
